A toilet brush was seen next to each toilet in the preschool classroom. (2) Dishwasher detergent is stored under the sink in the kitchen with a strap on the cupboard doors. The half door to the kitchen was left open, allowing child accesst to the kitchen. Cleaning supplies are stored in the teacher bathroom, the door is not locked, making the bathroom accessible to children.
